If you are late, your session will end on time, and you will be charged for the full session. Please try to be on time.

All sessions must be paid for in advance. We accept cash and checks only. All packages have a 70-day (10-week) limit.

It is very important that the instructor be able to see your body and the way it reacts to each exercise. For this reason, we ask that you wear exercise attire that is fitted to the body. Socks are required, for health reasons.

As a courtesy to our Pilates instructors, PHC must strictly enforce this policy.
